Pool party at Pat & Jeff's

This past week-end we traveled to Woodbury MN. We went to see some of bridgit's family. Pat and Jeff, had us and the Gardow's over for some fun in the pool. Here are some of the pic's, We will try to get some more up later this week.

Caitlyn's style.

The other day right as I was finishing changing one of Caitlyn's diapers, Bridgit said she was running to the store. Caitlyn was going to stay home with me. She didn't like this, so as bridgit went out the door she put on her hat and picked up her purse. She stood at the door screaming that she was going.

Since then half of the time we are leaving she gets her purse and hat!

Building update.

Last week they started setting the posts for our building. Unfortunately it has rained 5 inches in the last 5 days , so progress will be stalled for awhile again.

The Metzger-Delger wedding

This weak-end we attended chris' cousin Lindsay's wedding in Ames. We got to see quite a few family members, and had a great time.

Caitlyn found someones shoes lying around. She had to prove to everyone that she was a big girl, and that she could wear heel's too. She actually did a pretty good job.

She was in a great mood and even started to dance again finally.

She got tired a little early in the evening. She had to take a nap in mommy's arms for awhile.

Fun at the campground playground!

Caitlyn had a blast at the playground. She made us go down the slides to, and she would catch us at the bottom.

Courtny gave her a new Care Bears towel, she had to take it with her to the playground and wouldn't put it down.

A camping week-end.

We went camping two week-end's ago. Courtny and Nikki, Ron and Sandy, Dustin and Sherine are good friends of ours and they all went with us. We ended up with 2 campers and 3 tents set up when all was said and done. Everyone had a great time.


Even our old buddy dragon stopped by for a little while.

Caitlyn had a great time. She walked around without her shoes most of the time.

Finally something's happening!

As some of you know we have been planing on building a shed on our acreage this year. However with the bad weather, and some other setbacks we have not been able to get much of the site work done. That all changed this week when we finally got some fill hauled in and the cat showed up to pack it in.

Independence Day

This 4th of July week- end we spent the holiday at our good friend's mike, and penny's house. They had a band and everything. Their family was all there.

In the morning Caitlyn helped Mikey go out and water all the trees on their acreage.

In the afternoon we had time for a little targeting practice, aiming for their neighbor's out on their deck.

They even had a fire to sit by while the band played!
