Fun with frosting

Cailtlyn, and her friend Jared both had some fun decorating Halloween cookies together.

The day before the IMT Des Moines Marathon, they had the Iowa Kidstrong Run. Caitlyn wanted to run in it, so we let her. She had a blast. She got a cookie, juice, and her own special ribbon for finishing. We are both so proud of her.

Chris recently just finished his first marathon. Bridgit, Caitlyn, and our friend Amy all came down to watch him. They found him at 5 different spots during the run. He finished with a time of 3:36:42, not bad for a first time.

Halloween fun!

We went to our neighbors weekend home for Halloween. They were celebrating their daughters ninth birthday. We had a great time at the party. As you can see, the whole Keller family wears costumes on Halloween.

The 2009 Cyman Tri

This morning Chris took part in the 2009 Cyman. He had a great time doing it, Hopefully soon they will have the official scores posted online. He might have beat his previous time from another tri this spring. Caitlyn got to see her daddy swimming, biking, and running. She thought it was neat. She wants to do it with daddy when she gets bigger too.

One more way to get Caitlyn to go to sleep

Last weekend, Caitlyn would not take a nap one day. So after awhile, Chris needed to mail some letters at the post office. Caitlyn went with him, and they took the bike together. As you can see by the time they got home, Caitlyn took that nap anyway!
